Elaine Hamilton
Elaine Hamilton is a Parent Mentor with Columbus City Schools. As a parent mentor, Elaine is able to help parents become effective partners in education for their children with special needs, by encouraging parent/professional partnerships. Elaine is passionate about community service learnimg projects for local youth. Elaine sits on several community and family advisory boards in the Central Ohio area.
Virginia B. McLymont, Esq. (Board Chair)
Virginia McLymont serves as ERISA Counsel and a member of the Legal Services Consulting Team of USI Consulting Group in Glastonbury, CT that delivers plan design recommendations, plan document and related drafting, governmental determination and correction filings, fiduciary and governance training services to corporate, non-profit, health and church plan clients of the firm. Virginia earned a B.A. and J.D. degrees from Capital University and Capital University Law School, respectively. She has been a member of the Columbus Bar Association, an Associated Professional Member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA) and has been named to International Who’s Who of Professionals. Virginia is a talented singer and musician and also enjoys travel, cooking, the theater, reading and classic movies.
Lynnette Jeffrey, MBA
Lynette Jeffrey is a consultant, specializing in the delivery of retirement plan compliance and consulting services to clients, financial advisors, sales professionals and retirement consultants. She has earned a B.A. in Math (with minors in Psychology, Spanish and Religion) at Manhattanville College in Purchase, NY and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Lynnette is an avid sports fan, loves to travel nationally and abroad, and enjoys reading, music, theater and photography.
Merlon Crawford, MBA
Merlon Crawford is the principal owner and CEO of MLC Consultants, which specializes in business consulting for small-to-intermediate size companies. Merlon earned a B.S. in Business from Southern University and an MBA from Clark Atlanta University. Merlon has over 27 years of experience working in the corporate sector in the areas of marketing and sales analysis and strategic planning, with major companies in the consumer and industrial products, pharmaceutical and fast food industries. He has served as a board member of the Centennial Plaza Senior Citizens Housing Corp., St. Louis, MO., and is currently a board member of the Omega Lamp Foundation, Columbus, OH. Merlon is an active member of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc., and enjoys writing poetry, watching sports and movies and traveling.
Billy Williams
Billy Williams has held various management positions during his extensive career in financial services. He earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Cincinnati’s College of Business. Billy holds Series 6, 63 and 26 licenses. He enjoys reading, politics and sports.
